Zara Lindeman is quickly establishing herself as one of Australia’s most exciting emerging country voices. Raised with dust on her boots and wide-open plains on the horizon, Zara brings an authentic regional perspective to her songwriting, capturing the rhythm of life on the land with warmth and honesty.
Growing up on a farm in Deniliquin, New South Wales, Zara was surrounded by horses, paddocks, and animals, an environment that naturally fostered her love for music. What started as singing at local venues has blossomed into a career that sees her winning hearts on festival stages across the country. She is a proud graduate of the CMAA Academy, a milestone that helped refine her craft and launch her professional journey.
Zara has already graced some of Australia's biggest stages, most notably opening the Main Stage at her hometown event, the Deniliquin Ute Muster, in 2023. She has also performed at the Tamworth Country Music Festival, the Man From Snowy River Bush Festival, and completed The Rivers Tour across regional NSW in 2024 with the support of MusicNSW. A true crowd favourite, she is a regular fixture at BnS Balls, rodeos, and regional festivals throughout southern NSW and northern Victoria.
Her recording career began with a bang in 2022 with the release of her debut single, A Pony I Can Trust. The track hit #1 on the iTunes Country Songs Chart and #3 on the AIR 100% Independent Singles Chart. She followed this success with She’s Back, co-written with Gareth Leach, which also topped the iTunes charts and climbed to #2 on the AMRAP Regional Charts, as well as the heartfelt duet Fallin’ for a Cowboy with Eloise Rayner.
Throughout 2025, Zara has been hitting the road hard, performing across the country while soaking up new experiences to pour into her next body of work. Honing her craft and creating new music, Zara Lindeman is an artist deeply connected to her roots and her growing audience.
