Raised in the small town of Tapawera, New Zealand, Zac Griffith is a rising voice in modern country music. His journey began early, teaching himself guitar after being inspired by the Johnny Cash film Walk The Line. Since then, he has spent over a decade honing a sound built on honesty and heart, performing everywhere from local pubs to major stages across New Zealand and Australia.

Now recognised as one of New Zealand’s most promising talents, Zac was named the Overall Winner at the NZ Gold Guitar Awards. In 2025, he will take his career to new heights by joining country star Kaylee Bell on her Cowboy Up NZ Tour.

A true country boy at heart, Zac’s artistry is grounded in his authentic lifestyle. A 2018 scholarship recipient to the Country Music Academy in Tamworth, he still splits his time between songwriting, hunting, fishing, and working at a local bakery—ensuring his music remains as real as the life he lives.
