The duo was born in the rare quiet moments between tours, bringing together two musicians with extensive pedigrees. Before joining forces to write about the life they live and breathe, both Liam and Gabi spent years performing and recording with some of Australia’s biggest names, including Lee Kernaghan, Birds of Tokyo, Beccy Cole, Troy Cassar-Daley, Gina Jeffreys, and Adam Harvey. This project, which began as an innocent creative outlet, has quickly evolved into a virtuosic musical force.

Wicker Suite made a bold statement with their debut album, THIS IS WICKER SUITE, which peaked at #19 on the ARIA Country Music Charts in 2024. Their unique blend of refined and progressive roots music was further celebrated at the 2024 Country Music Awards of Australia, where they secured two Golden Guitars: Bluegrass Recording of the Year for "Old Pickup Line" and Instrumental Recording of the Year for "Ghost Train."
