Rachel’s musical journey began just shy of age nine when she picked up the violin. This early passion soon expanded to singing, leading her to perform alongside her siblings in the renowned family band, 'The Bostocks'. For years, the group toured extensively along the east coast of Australia, earning a distinguished reputation within the industry and allowing Rachel to hone her distinctive sound.
As a solo performer, Rachel has garnered international attention. Her stirring rendition of "The Last Post" resonated with millions of people worldwide, leading to a prestigious invitation to perform at the Anzac Memorial in Sydney for Ray Martin’s documentary on war hero Keith Payne VC. She has also become a festival staple, gracing the stages of premier events including CMC Rocks, Groundwater Country Music Festival, Port Fairy Folk Festival, Tamworth Country Music Festival, and the Gympie Muster.
In 2020, Rachel expanded her creative horizons by forming the country band 'Hinterland' with her brother Robbie Bostock and friend Jesse Emmanuel. The group quickly achieved critical and commercial success, scoring a #1 hit on the country charts with their single "Treatin’ Me Good." Now, entering a new chapter, Rachel is channeling her talents into a solo career. Preparing to release her own original music for the first time, she is ready to showcase the exceptional artistry and unique style she has perfected over a lifetime of performance.
