Blake O'Connor is a premier talent in the Australian country music scene, celebrated for a dynamic sound that blends the outlaw grit of Chris Stapleton, the bluesy drive of Tedeschi Trucks Band, and the melodic sensibilities of John Mayer. With one of the best-selling albums at two of Australia’s biggest country festivals, his reputation as an unmissable live performer is well-earned.

Blake first captured national attention by winning the prestigious Toyota Star Maker competition in 2019. He quickly capitalised on this success with his debut album, Everything I Feel, which hit #1 on the ARIA Country Chart. His rapid rise was formally recognised at the 2020 CMAA Golden Guitar Awards, where he won New Talent of the Year and was nominated for Male Artist of the Year alongside international star Morgan Evans.

Blake has taken his music to the world stage, performing as an official CMA Fest artist in Nashville—including a packed house at the famous Bluebird Cafe—and winning over crowds in the UK at the Buckle & Boots Festival. At home and abroad, he has shared the stage with music royalty, supporting international acts like Tim McGraw, Lee Brice, and Charles Eston, as well as Australian legends John Farnham, Diesel, and Russell Morris.

To further evolve his sound, Blake collaborated with Grammy-winning producer Nick DiDia (Bruce Springsteen, Pearl Jam) to write and record a string of hit singles. Tracks like "Willin' and Ready," "Soul Feeling," and "Kickin' a Rock" all saw chart-topping success on CMT Australia, cementing his place as a leading voice in modern country-rock.
